In my account I cannot find where I change my email address.
NOPE. Doesn't work. I put in the old email and it rejected it. I put in the new and it rejected it. I can't change the password because i can't verify/access the old email. I can't request a change - already tried - because the old email can't verify.
Since the error does not specify whether the email OR the PW is wrong, I'm at a loss for what to do. Can't you guys just make this process simpler? I've been days and days trying to simply change an email address.
What's left now for options?

Update:
After receiving an email from support I was able to make changes to my account details and use the new email.
I appreciate the help. I found the procedure to simply update an email very hard to do, just my opinion. However, I also very much appreciate the community 's help achieving that goal.
